Re-imagining the post-pandemic future: an activity to implement the emotional skills of university students

In the academic year 2021/2022, SPO Department of Centro di Ateneo Sinapsi Federico II University Naples has set up interactive employability laboratories in some three-year bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs to assess students’ potential at end their studies. The aim this paper, starting from a first accurate statistical elaboration questionnaires AVO BdC, is present experimental laboratory activities aimed helping students processes self-expression emotion regulation. results showed substantial lack non-cognitive skills related emotionality domain, which instead considered fundamental employability, positive impact labs on improving transversal internal potential.
 
 Re-immaginare il futuro nel post pandemia: un'attività per implementare le competenze emotive degli studenti universitari.
 Nell’anno accademico la sezione del dell’Università Napoli, ha realizzato, presso alcuni corsi laurea triennale e magistrale, laboratori interattivi Promozione dell’occupabilità con l’obiettivo valutare potenziale occupabilità al termine percorso studi. Scopo questo lavoro è presentare partire da una prima accurata elaborazione statistica dei questionari BdC alcune delle attività laboratoriali sperimentali finalizzate sostenere gli nei processi auto-promozione sé regolazione emozioni. Dai risultati emersa forte carenza capacità non cognitive legate alla sfera dell’emotività, considerate invece fondamentali l’occupabilità, positivo impatto nell’incrementare trasversali ed interno studenti.
